While living in Chetek, Wisconsin, where we met Ducktor Quack, we
received some packages from the Wisconsin Department of Natural
Resources (DNR). Atop the boxes, was Ducktor Quack's Domesticated
Cousin Qwacker.
Cousin Qwacker is a farm duck. Wild ducks and farm ducks don't get
along well together.
With Cousin Qwacker's appearance along with boxes from the DNR,
we wondered if the DNR had sent him to us, perhaps because they
didn't consider him a "natural resource".
The one thing we did quickly realize was that he came to us with
a really big bill !!
Will the Good Ducktor Quack train Cousin Qwacker in the ways of the
Wild?
Or will Cousin Qwacker convert the Ducktor to the leisurely farm
life?
From what I've heard, a farm duck's life may be pampered, but isn't
all that "long".
